- Website analytics — anonymised data about how visitors use this site (pages visited, time on site, referral source) collected via analytics tools. This does not identify you personally.

- Active client records — retained for 6 years from the date of last service, in line with the Limitation Act 1980
- Law Monitor subscriber emails — retained until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data — anonymised and aggregated; no personal retention
